How to use:

  1. Apply to clean, dry skin
  2. Remove contact lenses if you are wearing them.
  3. Remove mask from its sealed packet and use immediately. Mask will start to warm when exposed to air.
  4. Separate the ear loops along the perforated line.
  5. Slip the ear loops over ears with the white side of the mask against your skin and the patterned side of the mask facing away from you. You will feel the mask gradually warming.
  6. Enjoy up to 25 minutes of soothing relaxation.
  7. Discard after use. Do not use more than once.
