Smudge Starter Kit

This kit has everything you need to start smudging. 

Included is an abalone shell, white sage leaves and a duck feather. We’ve included a stick of Palo Santo, traditionally burned after a smudge to recharge your space with positive earth energy. 

The White Sage is a purifying and cleansing herb to burn in any space. Used to cleanse, protect or heal your body and mind in a “smoke bath” or to dispel negative energy and reset the energy in your space.

The Abalone shell in your smudging rituals means you are incorporating all four of the earth's elements.

 The shell represents water, the smoke represents air, the unlit herbs represent earth and once they're lit they represent fire.

The shell is believed to have powerful cleansing properties that can help to release negative energy and promote balance and harmony. Abalone is prized for its healing properties.

The Feather. “The bridging of heavens & earth." Because of the way a feather is constructed, it has the ability to "comb" someone's aura or energy. This removes stagnant energy or blockages, allowing a cleaning and a cleansing to happen. So when we use a feather we call on the strength and gentleness that it holds and the element of air to help us.
