A mixture of the four sacred medicine herbs - Ceremonial Tobacco, Cedar, Sage & Sweetgrass

1/2 ounce (14 grams) packaged with small Abalone shell & smudging feather.

Put a pinch in shell to use as offering, giving thanks to the Spirit Keepers of the six directions: North – Buffalo, East – Eagle, South – Coyote, West – Bear, Father Sky and Mother Earth OR use for smudging.
